This website is not even ready. It has got no pagerank, no backlink and no traffic. But still it ranks at no. 2 position for certain important keywords in the SERPS. How did Google's search ranking algorithm rank it so high? Wasn't pagerank intended to rank pages in SERPs? Isn't age of the domain important in rankings? What about backlinks?
I had seen some spam blogs getting ranked high in google's SERPs previously, but atleast they had some (nonsense) content or spam links. But in this case, the BTT blog looks completely empty and no spam links or backlinks, whatever. Here's the screenshots of the google SERPs and BTT blog :

While millions of dollars are spent on SEO and trying to get the website or blog in the top position of the SERPs, google's algorithm, if any, seems to changing rapidly maybe in order to avoid spam blogs. So, it's more of a lottery system now. You may work very hard, learn all SEO tricks, buy some SEO ebook or pay dollars to SEO experts to get your site rank at top, but with the SERPs constantly changing and displaying random results your site position will be swinging wildly and with it you will may see random movement in your web traffic. So, it's better to reduce the dependency on search engines as whole and try to diversify traffic sources as much as possible. SEO will still be important because even if your site may not rank in 1st or 2nd position, getting visibility in the first SERP page is going to bring good traffic.
Regarding this mysterious randomness in google SERPs, you can get more info from google itself by searching for "google SERPs" in google.com.
Also, mashable has posted about Google page rank going awry as google tries to keep indexing faster for becoming a real-time search engine. With so many spammers targeting google, it might end up being a real-time splog engine!
